Absinthe Blue

This mythological drink was invented in 1792 and was used by many artists such as Van Gogh, Picasso, Oscar Wilde, Degas, Pessoa, Hemingway, Manet and many others. They claimed it helped them find inspiration.

A passion that they embodied in their novels and paintings. Our absinthe, made according to the traditional recipe, handed down from generation to generation, continues to be a source of inspiration for all our customers.

Aroma: Intense and penetrating aroma where natural herbs such as Artemis Absinthium (Wormwood) and badian anise stand out.

Taste and texture: It has a slightly bitter taste that combines perfectly with a distilled licorice background. Presents final notes aniseed.
