Your Role as a Spotlight Realty Agent:
Diligently follow up to ensure every lead is maximized.
Listen attentively to client needs and expertly guide them through the process.
Provide clear, personalized advice during one-on-one meetings with buyers and sellers.
Lead property showings and tours for ready-to-buy clients.
Efficiently manage paperwork and timelines to ensure smooth transactions.
