We’ll give you the tools, training, and support you need-you bring the drive. What You’ll Do Think of your route like your own small business. We supply the truck, the customers, and the game plan—you take ownership and deliver outstanding results: * Apply lawn care treatments such as fertilization, weed control, and aeration * Conduct routine inspections of customer lawns and recommend services * Operate and maintain equipment safely and professionally * Deliver a friendly, informed, and helpful customer experience * Promote services by canvassing neighborhoods on non-treatment days—offering free quotes and supporting business growth * Work outdoors in various weather conditions, lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs for 8–10 hour shifts Qualifications * Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record * Candidates must meet background check requirements * Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude * Comfortable working solo or as part of a team * Willingness to learn—we’ll provide the training * Reliable, professional, and safety-focused Compensation & Benefits * Competitive Salary: $40,000–$50,000/year * Paid Training with mentorship and certifications * 9 Paid Holidays + PTO to relax and recharge * 401(k) with 3% company match * Health, Vision, Dental, and supplemental insurance options * Career Growth: 90% of our Branch Managers started in this very role * All equipment and company vehicle provided Weed Man Lawn Care is an equal opportunity employer.
