What You'll Do as an Experienced Cabinet Installer

  • Install custom cabinetry and woodworking projects for residential and commercial clients throughout the Lancaster, PA region.
  • Travel to job sites within 1-1.25 hours of Lancaster and load materials, tools, and equipment needed for each installation.
  • Communicate with clients on-site to create a smooth, professional installation experience.
  • Keep installation projects moving efficiently and on schedule.
  • Review project details and layouts to ensure accurate installation work.
  • Solve installation issues on-site and communicate clearly with clients and the DMM team.
  • Keep tools, vehicles, and job sites organized and ready for daily work.
  • Help with shop production and project prep when needed.

Our Ideal Experienced Cabinet Installer

  • Experienced Craftsman: Has 2+ years of cabinetry installation, finish carpentry, remodeling, or home renovation experience.
  • Customer-Focused Professional: Comfortable working directly with homeowners and clients while representing DMM professionally on-site.
  • Organized and Detail-Oriented: Keeps projects, tools, and job sites organized while taking pride in accurate installation work and craftsmanship.
  • Physically Capable Worker: Able to lift up to 100 lbs., bend, kneel, stand for extended periods, and work from ladders as needed.
  • Team-Minded Person: Values integrity, teamwork, craftsmanship, and contributing to a positive, faith-driven company culture.

What We Offer Our Experienced Cabinet Installer

  • $27.50-$35.00 per hour based on experience
  • Full-time Monday-Friday schedule, typically 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
