Job Duties
Job Responsibilities
Help develop and execute an integrated digital strategy including but not limited to social media content creation and website management
Manage the Digital Associate
Assist with internal digital operations and processes
Lead on drafting and posting social media copy across platforms
Identify new opportunities for online engagement and track digital trends to further amplify the Governors message
Assist with capturing content as needed
Track analytics and data
All other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
Required Qualifications
At least (3) three years of professional experience managing social media platforms for a public official organization brand or political candidate
Proficiency in graphic design software or programs such as Canva or Adobe Suite
Excellent writing skills and close attention to detail
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to manage and complete multiple projects under competing and tight deadlines
Additional Considerations
This position requires the successful completion of a criminal background check.
Please note that this position will serve at the pleasure of the Governor.
