Description: This role owns the marketing database and drives data‑driven player acquisition, retention, and revenue growth through segmentation, analytics, and targeted campaigns. Responsibilities include managing direct marketing execution, database integrity, performance reporting, and compliance within a regulated gaming environment. Ideal for someone with casino CRM experience who enjoys blending analytics, strategy, and cross‑functional collaboration.

Some important notes:

• Ideal candidate for this role will be from a casino-operations background
• The work site is in Cripple Creek, Colorado and the client is looking for someone willing/able to be onsite hybrid multiple times a week .
• It is a contract to hire with a target max of $115k conversion salary.

Responsibilities

• Managing direct marketing execution
• Database integrity
• Performance reporting
• Compliance within a regulated gaming environment
• Owns workflow from campaign concept → segmentation → offer setup → creative → vendor handoff → drop date → reporting
• Produces redemption, cost, and performance reporting (proforma/postforma)
• Manages multiple moving parts and deadlines simultaneously

Skills

• Prior Casino or gaming industry experience
• End to end project management of direct marketing campaigns
• Database marketing execution and segmentation
• Campaign analytics and reporting
• Vendor coordination and QA/proofing
• Strong Excel (pivot tables, structured reporting)
• Owns workflow from campaign concept → segmentation → offer setup → creative → vendor handoff → drop date → reporting
• Manages multiple moving parts and deadlines simultaneously
• Produces redemption, cost, and performance reporting (proforma/postforma)
• Comfortable working with casino management systems and marketing databases

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Synkros
• Exposure to SQL (not required)
• QCI or CRM platform experience
• Experience in loyalty, hospitality, or rewards programs

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cripple Creek, CO.

The pay range for this position is $48.00 - $55.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Cripple Creek,CO.
