Employment in this position is contingent upon a satisfactory criminal history check (fingerprint-based) in accordance with Chapter 435, Florida Statutes.

Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (ET) Monday through Friday.
Work at the FWC is cross-functional, meaning duties may cross Division/Office lines. The Commission expects employees to function across FWC's organizational structure by providing their skills and expertise wherever needed through work on teams or as directed.
Valid US Driver’s License – travel is rare and will not exceed 25%.
The office location is in Tallahassee (Leon County).
OPS Employment Description:
The position is classified as an OPS (Other Personnel Services) position. The position may work up to 40 hours per week, depending on workload, and is paid for the number of hours worked rather than a salaried position. There is potential for participation in state health insurance benefits.
Position Overview and Responsibilities:

Then the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission’s Conservation Engagement and Education group has the perfect position for you.
The FWC is seeking a self-motivated, outgoing, outcome-oriented individual interested in supporting an education team in a full-time OPS position as the CEE Database and Website Manager.
The incumbent would serve as the administrator of the CEE customer relationship management system. The CEE system currently houses data on Youth Conservation Center Camps and Programming, the Partnership Program, Project WILD, and overall FWC Outreach and Education Event Attendance.
In addition to managing the CEE CRM, the selected candidate would handle website content processes, guide, support, and train staff on technology-based tools, systems, and workflows, and conduct special projects, such as social media management and ADA publication compliance, where applicable.
The position plays a vital role in supporting CEE’s mission by managing data, streamlining digital tools, training staff on various technologies, and ensuring smooth operations across our programs through uniform procedures.
This position is ideal for someone who is education-focused, systems-minded, and enjoys organizing information, improving processes, and supporting staff and partners effectively. The FWC is seeking a creative and self-motivated individual to assist with problem-solving, organization, and communication to support and enhance how the CEE tracks participation, partnerships, and program impact.
