Job Description
We are seeking a
Data Analyst to support data analysis, validation, and reporting initiatives within a hybrid environment in Downtown Los Angeles. This role focuses on working with large and complex datasets, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting data-driven decision-making across digital, marketing, content, and product domains.
The ideal candidate will have strong SQL skills, experience working with analytics and BI tools, and a solid understanding of data governance and data quality practices.
- Job Title: Data Analyst
- Location: Downtown Los Angeles, CA (Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite)
- Contract Duration: 3 Months
- Rate Range – $44–54/hr on W2
- Only W2 Candidates, NO C2C
Responsibilities:- Query, analyze, and validate large, complex datasets using SQL
- Support data initiatives across content, digital, marketing, and product data domains
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity through strong data validation and quality checks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and document data requirements
- Document technical specifications, acceptance criteria, and data requirements
- Support data governance, metadata management, and data quality initiatives
- Work with analytics and BI tools to support reporting and data visualization efforts
- Participate in Agile or product-oriented delivery environments
- Assist with analysis related to data lineage, catalog, and discovery tools
Required Qualifications:- Strong SQL expertise with experience querying large and complex datasets
- Experience supporting digital, marketing, product, or content data environments
- Familiarity with data quality, governance, and metadata management practices
- Experience with analytics, BI, or data visualization tools
- Experience documenting technical and data requirements
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders
- Experience working in Agile or product delivery environments
Preferred Qualifications:- Hands-on experience as a Data Analyst or Technical Analyst
- Exposure to data lineage, data catalog, or data discovery tools
- Experience working with enterprise-scale data platforms and analytics teams
