About The Opportunity

The Sales Intern role is designed to provide mentorship, training, and guidance to early-career sales professionals. The position will gain exposure to design, manufacturing, operations, project management, customer service, and account management. You will have guidance from a mentor on the Sales team as well as be included in Menasha Corporation’s Intern Program, which focuses on connection, experience building, and professional development.

  • The Sales Intern will be assigned to a project or two on a specific customer account to follow a project initiative from project kickoff to final completion so they can live the “the life of a packaging/display project” from the perspective of a designer, PM and Sales roles.

  • Will be assigned a project to deliver continuous improvement savings & efficiency. They will be responsible for driving the project through the internal process stage gates and working with various departments the key deliverables. They will then assist in building the Impact presentation and working with the Account Manager to present to findings to the customer. 

  • Participate in the strategy build on a base project or customer, developing the value prop, the IMPACT deck and present to the customer.

Qualifications

  • Ideal candidate will be pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or another related degree

  • Ideal candidate will be in their 3rd or 4th year of college, but willing to consider other candidates based on prior experience

  • Proficient in using MS Office, Word, PowerPoint & Excel

  • Comfortable in presenting to both individuals and larger groups and experienced in the ability to convey information to an audience in a clear, engaging, and organized way.

  • Corrugated packaging knowledge a plus

  • Ability to work both independently and in a team setting in a fast paced, high-volume environment.

  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, presentation, organizational, and planning skills

This internship will start in June 2026 and end mid August 2026
