Job Description

1. Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients.
2. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are understood and delivered.
3. Manage client communications , including emails, calls, and meetings.
4. Schedule and organize client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups .
5. Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions.
6. Assist in project planning and coordination to meet client deadlines.
7. Ensure client satisfaction by promptly addressing queries and issues.
8. Monitor service delivery and provide timely updates to clients.
9. Prepare and submit reports on project progress and client feedback.
10. Support sales and account management teams in onboarding new clients.
