Server — Shiraz Kitchen & Wine Bar (Chelsea)

Shiraz Kitchen is a Persian-Mediterranean restaurant and wine bar rooted in the unwritten recipes of the chef-owner's mother from Tehran. Our Chelsea location is looking for a career server who takes hospitality seriously, moves with intention, and genuinely loves wine.

What we're looking for:
• Minimum 3 years of server experience in a full-service restaurant
• Strong working wine knowledge — you can guide a guest through a by-the-glass list, talk confidently about Old World vs New World, and pair thoughtfully across a Mediterranean menu (sommelier certification a plus, not required)
• Current NYC Food Protection Certificate (required)
• Polished, warm, and unflappable under a full book
• POS fluency (Toast preferred) and clean check management
• Available nights, weekends, and select holidays
• Team-first attitude — we run a tight, respectful floor
