**Position Overview:**

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate will support our consultants and management team by handling a variety of administrative and operational tasks. This role is critical in ensuring our projects run smoothly and our clients receive exceptional service.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • **Administrative Support:** Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and organize travel arrangements.
  • **Communication:** Handle email correspondence, draft communications, and manage contact lists.
  • **Project Coordination:** Assist in coordinating project activities, tracking progress, and maintaining project documentation.
  • **Document Management:** Prepare, edit, and format documents, reports, and presentations.
  • **Research:** Conduct research on various topics and provide summaries and insights to support consulting projects.
  • **Client Interaction:** Facilitate communication with clients, arrange meetings, and ensure timely responses to client inquiries.
  • **Data Entry and Management:** Maintain and update databases, CRM systems, and other records accurately.
  • **Task Management:** Use project management tools to assign, track, and follow up on tasks.
  • **Confidentiality:** Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and confidentiality.

**Qualifications:**

  • **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary will be a plus.
  • **Experience:** Proven experience as a virtual assistant or relevant role.
  • **Skills:**
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
