Job Description

Salary: $120,000 - 150,000 per year Requirements:

• 6-12 years of overall development experience, primarily focusing on Node.js and React.
• Demonstrated expertise in scaling applications and optimizing systems for enhanced performance.
• Strong grasp of database design principles, including indexing, query optimization, and data modeling for both SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) is an advantage.
• Exceptional problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-centric environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to articulate complex technical ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Preferred qualifications include experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices is desirable.
• Understanding of contemporary technologies to collaborate effectively with development teams.

• Design, develop, and uphold high-performance, scalable backend services and APIs utilizing Node.js.
• Create, develop, and maintain efficient web applications leveraging React.
• Formulate and enhance database structures using SQL (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB) technologies, ensuring data integrity and performance.
• Architect and execute scalable systems capable of managing high volumes of traffic and data while maintaining high availability and minimal latency.
• Produce clean, documented, and reusable code, adhering to industry best practices, security protocols, and standards.
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to grasp requirements and deliver solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Identify and resolve complex issues promptly, implementing resilient solutions to avert future occurrences.
• Remain informed about emerging technologies, tools, and industry trends, promoting enhancements to technology and team processes.
