Remote Part-Time Account Manager (Retail Merchandising)

SRS is hiring a Part-Time Account Manager to support retail merchandising programs across the country. If you understand resets, audits, and store execution — this is your next step.

This is a fully remote role where you'll work closely with field reps, internal teams, and systems to keep projects moving and stores covered.

If you're organized, responsive, and good at keeping people on track, this role will come naturally to you. There's also an opportunity to grow into a full-time position while maintaining the flexibility of part-time remote work.

What you'll be doing:

• Support active retail programs (resets, audits, store visits, etc.)
• Monitor project progress within our systems
• Follow up with field reps to ensure work is completed on time
• Help fill open work by coordinating with recruiting
• Communicate with internal teams to keep operations running smoothly
• Track outstanding work and step in before things fall behind

What we're looking for:

• Strong organization and follow-through (this is key)
• Comfortable communicating via text, email, and phone
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once
• Self-starter who takes initiative
• Retail, merchandising, or account support experience is a plus
