What You’ll Do
– Follow up promptly and consistently
– Conduct buyer and seller consultations
– Show homes, draft offers, and negotiate deals
– Participate in coaching and training sessions
– Host open houses
– Foster lasting client relationships
– Leverage team systems to expand your pipeline

Qualifications
– Active NJ Real Estate License
– Exceptional communication skills
– Tech-savvy
– Coachable and driven
– Highly organized and consistent
– Full-time availability

Job Type:

Pay:
$68,226.91 - $243,000 per year
