Based in Roanoke, TX 76262, you’re the person who can read a blueprint, hear a machine, and know exactly what to adjust. You like clear specs, tight tolerances, and the satisfaction that comes from dialed-in production.

If So, You Will:

• Prepare and operate plastics extrusion machinery to meet job specs and SOPs.
• Watch trends in output and dimensions; tweak settings to keep quality on target.
• Perform routine maintenance and jump on troubleshooting when alarms or defects appear.
• Control parameters—temperature, line speed, tooling—to boost consistency and throughput.
• Document production data with accuracy and communicate issues to supervisors.
• Team up with peers to meet schedule commitments and production goals.
• Practice rigorous safety habits and keep your station clean and organized.

You’re Ready If You Have:

• A high school diploma or equivalent; technical/manufacturing training is a plus.
• Experience in extrusion or closely related manufacturing processes.
• Mechanical know-how and a knack for problem-solving.
• Ability to interpret technical documents and blueprints.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a quality-driven approach.
• Ability to operate at pace and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset.
