This position is responsible for crafting the perfect pizza. You will make dough from scratch, hand stretch pizzas, use only all-natural ingredients, and bake in our 600 degree brick ovens.
The Opportunity
What We're Looking For:
Possess a sense of urgency

Enjoys working in a high energy, fast paced environment
Must be 16 years or older to hand stretch pizzas
Must be 18 years or older to use our mixer and food processor
Position Responsibilities
Stretching, topping, and cooking pizza using the specific Flippers methods
Making & managing fresh dough – made on-site & cold fermented for a minimum of 48 hours
Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients according to recipes, using various kitchen utensils and equipment
Receive calls for delivery or takeout orders
Clean as you go

The Company
Flippers Pizzeria has been serving hand-crafted, artisan pizzas for over 30 years. We have 15 locations, and we are continuing to grow!
Our pizza philosophy is simple. We source all natural ingredients with no artificial colors, flavors, or preservatives, and we prepare our pizzas by hand stretching and then baking in 600-degree brick ovens. NO freezers & NO microwaves. We are all fresh, all day. Flippers is pizza perfected .
