Schedule: Monday Thursday, 3:30 PM 2:00 AM
Duration: 18-month position

The Manufacturing Quality Inspector is responsible for performing in-process and final inspections of manufacturing goods to ensure compliance with established quality standards. This role involves conducting dimensional and electrical inspections of sub-assemblies and final system assemblies, while following clearly defined procedures and guidelines.

• Perform inspections of products during various stages of the manufacturing process
• Conduct dimensional and electrical inspections on sub-assemblies and final assemblies
• Interpret and follow prints, manufacturing drawings, diagrams, wire cards, and parts lists
• Approve or reject in-process and final assemblies based on established criteria
• Accurately document inspection results and findings
• Follow detailed procedures and work instructions to ensure consistency and compliance
• Make basic judgments in straightforward situations using established solutions

Work Environment Manufacturing/production environment Requires adherence to safety and quality standards Shift work: extended evening hours (3:30 PM 2:00 AM, Monday Thursday) Skills & Competencies Ability to follow defined procedures and guidelines Basic problem-solving skills with a focus on applying established solutions Good organizational and documentation skills Willingness to learn and adapt in a structured environment Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required No prior experience required; training will be provided Basic understanding of manufacturing or technical procedures is preferred Ability to read and interpret technical documents (drawings, diagrams, etc.) Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
