Kurt J. Lesker Company is seeking a Inventory Coordinator to handle inventory operations within a fast-paced, detail-driven environment. This role is responsible for processing material transactions , production requirements , documentation , and ERP data accuracy while supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate is highly organized , process-focused , and comfortable working in an ERP system to support daily operations and continuous improvement efforts.

Type of Employment: Full-time Location: Jefferson Hills, PA Division/Department : Process Equipment Division/Material Control Reports to: Material Control SupervisorKey Responsibilities:
Handle material transactions, production requests, and internal cost/lead-time quotes using Microsoft D365 Process parts requisitions accurately and efficiently to support production schedules Maintain and update open production requirement and shortage reports Create complete, accurate job packets for Manufacturing and Assembly teams Process nonconforming material and work closely with Production and Procurement to resolve issues Follow all Material Control procedures, work instructions, and documentation requirements Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Material Control function Provide backup support to the Material Control Supervisor as needed Perform additional duties as assignedQualifications:
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while maintaining accuracy Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to lift up to 30 lbs unassisted; assistance required for items over 60 lbs Ability to bend, stoop, squat, and twist as neededPreferred Qualifications
Experience in manufacturing, inventory control, or material control 3+ years of Material Control experience Experience with Microsoft D365 or other ERP systems Post-secondary coursework in computer or business systems Ability to read engineering drawings and Bills of Material (BOMs)Why Kurt J.
