HVAC Controls Technician ( Building Automation )

**Qualifications Needed:**

- At least 2+ years of experience in the control systems field, or an equivalent blend of vocational training and experience.
- Strong experience with Tridium AX or N4 Certification, or comparable systems such as DDC, PLC, or Ladder-Logic programming.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is crucial.
- Proven ability to multi-task, work independently, follow both written and verbal instructions, and solve problems attentively.
- Ability to pass a post-offer pre-employment drug screen and potentially other background checks as needed.
- Willingness to adhere to company policies and safety standards, including reporting to various job sites as necessary, potentially with extended hours.
- Familiarity using hand tools, laptops, and ladders, along with the physical capability to frequently reach and handle materials.
- Capable of correctly identifying colors on color-coded cables/wires and possessing good vision specifics as needed.
- Ability to travel as needed, although this typically does not require overnight stays.
