We take a coordinated and collaborative approach to keeping residents healthier longer and safer in their communities, helping to avoid unnecessary ER and hospital visits. Our goal is to alleviate some of the burden and stress senior communities and families feel trying to coordinate needed medical services for residents and their loved ones.

Twin Cities Physicians is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our growing care team! With Twin Cities Physicians, you will provide the best care for residents within all types of senior living communities. We bring primary care right to where our patients call home.
