Extrusion Operator (Evaluation-to-Hire)
Pay: $23–$30/hour (most start $23–$25)
Schedule: Rotating 12-hour shifts (7AM–7PM / 7PM–7AM)
Type: Evaluation-to-Hire (full-time opportunity with growth into leadership)
We’re hiring Extrusion Operators for a fast-paced, 24/7 manufacturing facility producing plastic strapping. This is a hands-on role with clear advancement into leadership positions for those who show initiative, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
Operate and monitor plastic extrusion lines to keep production running smoothly
Learn step-by-step through a paid training program :- Start with winding & packaging
Adjust machine settings (temperature, pressure, speed) to meet product specs
Use touchscreen HMIs and automated equipment
Measure product using calipers/tape (fractions, decimals, millimeters)
Handle packaging, labeling, and production documentation
Troubleshoot alarms and assist with safe restarts
Follow safety procedures in a hot, industrial environment
