Route & Schedule Details

• Your Schedule: Hit the road on Monday and get back home every Saturday
• Weekend Time: Guaranteed 34-hour weekend reset back home with your family
• The Cargo: Dedicated auto parts consistently light, no-touch freight
• Running Area: Steady regional runs keeping you within 400 miles of home (OH, MI, IN, KY, and IL)
• Weekly Mileage: Predictable and steady volume of 1,700 to 2,300 miles every single week

Pay & Financial Package

• Weekly Earnings: $1,300 to $1,500 average gross weekly pay (Top 30% of our drivers bring home $1,700/wk)
• Mileage Rate: Solid starting rate of $0.56 to $0.64 CPM, matched to your experience
• Paid Training Track: Recent CDL grads earn a flat $650 every Friday during the 4 weeks training phase, then move straight to full mileage pay
• Orientation Money: $300 onboarding pay with your hotel, travel, and meals 100% paid by us

• No-Touch Freight: 100% no-touch dry van (70% drop-and-hook / 30% live load)

What You Need to Drive With Us

• Hiring Zone: Must live within a 100-mile radius of Louisville, KY
• License & Age: Active Class A CDL, at least 21 years old, with a clean driving record (MVR)
• Experience: 6 months of solo tractor-trailer history OR be a recent accredited CDL school graduate
• Trainee Requirement: Must have a 120-hour minimum certificate from an approved truck driving school
• Screening: Must pass a standard pre-employment DOT drug test and physical
