Assembly Production Worker

PeopleReady of Richmond, IN is now hiring Assembly Production Workers! As an Assembly Production Worker, you are responsible for assembling and checking product parts, assisting in shipments, and ensuring that manufactured products meet set standards of quality.

Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $14 - $16 / hour. This range is a goodfaith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis unless a deadline is otherwise stated.

What you'll be doing as an Assembly Production Worker:

• Follow instructions and diagrams to complete the final product
• Assemble components on an assembly line
• Inspect product to ensure high quality
• Package product according to requirements
• Assist production tasks as needed

Available shifts:

Shift Timings - All Available

Job requirements:

• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady
• Experience in general assembly preferred, but not necessary
• Ability to stand, lift and bend frequently
• Ability to work 8-to-12-hour shifts
