Job Description

Role Overview

• Provide field service, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance for compressed air equipment at customer sites.
• Perform equipment start-up, commissioning, and operational training for customers.
• Ensure all work is performed in compliance with OSHA safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently diagnose and repair air compressors and pumps in the field.
• Perform installation, start-up, and commissioning of new or repaired equipment.
• Complete accurate service documentation using electronic devices.
• Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
• Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle and work environment.
• Represent the company professionally at customer sites.
• Participate in on-call rotation and travel for service jobs, including occasional overnight stays.
• Support and mentor new field service technicians.

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of mechanical service experience (compressed air or pumps preferred).
• Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read schematics and technical diagrams.
• Experience using diagnostic and measuring equipment.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs unassisted / 100 lbs assisted.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background and drug screening.
