This is an ideal role for someone early in their accounting career who wants exposure to a wide range of responsibilities in a collaborative down-to-earth environment.

What youll do:

• Handle day-to-day accounting transactions and customer invoicing
• Reconcile accounts and support monthly financial reporting
• Partner with operations to support product costing and ongoing improvements
• Assist with forecasting budgeting and financial analysis
• Support audits and help maintain accurate financial records
• Contribute to process improvements and cross-functional projects

What you bring:

• Bachelors degree in business accounting or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or similar environment
• Strong Excel skills and comfort working with ERP systems
• A proactive mindset with the ability to learn problem-solve and manage multiple priorities
• Clear communication skills and a team-oriented approach
