主に以下の役割を期待しております。
・エンジニアチームのタスク管理、メンバー管理、KPI管理
・データ基盤のロードマップ策定、仕様策定
・予算策定及び管理
・エンジニア採用
主にデータ基盤の開発運用を目的としたエンジニアリング組織の管理及び、より良いデータ基盤構築に向けたロードマップ構築などのマネジメントを担当いただきます。
